Professor - Pharmaceutical Sciences teaches courses in the discipline area of pharmaceutical sciences. Develops and designs curriculum plans to foster student learning, stimulate class discussions, and ensures student engagement. Being a Professor - Pharmaceutical Sciences provides tutoring and academic counseling to students, maintains classes related records, and assesses student coursework. Collaborates and supports colleagues regarding research interests and co-curricular activities. Additionally, Professor - Pharmaceutical Sciences typically reports to a department head. Requires a PhD or terminal degree appropriate to the field. Has considerable experience and is qualified to teach at undergraduate and graduate levels and initiates research and case studies in field of interest and may publish findings in trade journals or textbooks. Provides intellectual leadership and has made significant contributions to the field. May offer independent study opportunities and mentoring to students.     In this role, you will be an integral part of a nationwide sales team developing and managing an assigned territory. You will have the opportunity to:

    • Implement the sales plan by delivering proficient sales presentations to a defined list of current and prospective customers
    • Utilize all marketing and selling materials, and clinical data designed for a respective audience. Customers include but are not limited to physicians, healthcare providers, NPs, and healthcare clinic personnel
    • Effectively identify and monitor multiple local market conditions to build and support strong customer relationships while driving product promotion solutions and executing marketing strategies
    • Plan and execute activities to ensure regular and consistent coverage of the territory according to a plan of action. The successful sales representative will grow market share/volume of client products, within indication, faster than competitive products

    Essential Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • 1 years in Pharmaceutical or Life Science Sales required
    • Experience in Diabetes or Endocrinology strongly preferred
    • Proven and documented track record of success

    Desired Requirements:

    • Self-starter, driver and highly motivated to succeed
    • Strong communication, business analytics and account management skills
    • Ability to work independently or in a team environment
