This Front Desk Coordinator position we are looking for a candidate that would be based at our Lockport Location.

We would want our front desk team to:-Be punctual, focused and engaging-Be warm and welcoming -be a team player ( we are here to support our therapists the best we can ) Happy therapists.. happy front desk ..happy patients it's a win win win-Perform all the duties of a front desk from scheduling , collecting copays , administering and scanning paperwork , compiling new patient paperwork if necessary, going over paperwork and insurance benefits-reconcile cash collection report and mail any checks to NF ( we are a cash free facility so checks and cc only)-setting up transportation for Medicaid patients through the MAS portal ( we only have a few and it is super easy and quick )-answering calls from our patients/staff-calling referral sources for scripts and /sometimes MRi results-any incoming mail is scanned over to NF -compiling paperwork for the next day -keeping the work space tidy and clutter free.

Health Plus Management is seeking an energetic, patient-centric and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to greet patients, schedule appointments, answer phones and manage administrative records. In this role, you will set the stage for each patient's appointment. You will build and maintain professional relationships with our key stakeholders - specifically our patients, office staff and clinical team, while simultaneously ensuring that the office is organized and runs smoothly.
