Your primary focus on the team is to assist the clinicians in their day to day work. You will also be anticipating clinic needs such as maintaining cleanliness and ensuring equipment is in working order and ready for use. You will be directly relating to patients to ensure they are comfortable and feel welcome.
You will be maintaining a high level of intensity through out your day working with the clinical staff. You will be greeting patients and working side by side with them as directed by the therapist. You will prepare and gather equipment to facilitate quick and efficient transitions for patients.

Physical Requirements:
Requires frequent walking throughout clinic; requires sitting at a workstation/desk; requires standing; work may include occasional pushing and/or pulling, lifting, and carrying objects weighing up to 30 lbs. such as files, documents and small equipment. Work requires finger dexterity and eye hand coordination to operate computer keyboard and clinic equipment.

Ability to work at a fast pace and to prioritize multiple assignments/projects and respond to numerous requests; ability to resolve conflict amongst staff and to work collaboratively with clinic director, physicians, other members of the staff; ability to concentrate and focus on projects; possess creative systems thinking to ensure operational efficiency; ability to problem solve and make decisions; self control and stress tolerance in dealing with multiple requests and conflicting demands from multiple customers.
Special Demands:
Needs minimal sustained direction in assessing needs, directing clinic flow and carrying out clinic responsibilities; self starting and self motivating; working hours may exceed eight (8) hours per day and is based on what is needed to accomplish work at hand.
