Professor - Physical Therapy teaches courses in the discipline area of physical therapy. Develops and designs curriculum plans to foster student learning, stimulate class discussions, and ensures student engagement. Being a Professor - Physical Therapy provides tutoring and academic counseling to students, maintains classes related records, and assesses student coursework. Collaborates and supports colleagues regarding research interests and co-curricular activities. Additionally, Professor - Physical Therapy typically reports to a department head. Requires a PhD or terminal degree appropriate to the field. Has considerable experience and is qualified to teach at undergraduate and graduate levels and initiates research and case studies in field of interest and may publish findings in trade journals or textbooks. Provides intellectual leadership and has made significant contributions to the field. May offer independent study opportunities and mentoring to students.     What You’ll Do

    • Using your extensive expertise — and sincere desire to help people — to evaluate and treat active older adult Patients
    • Provide individual therapy in our in house outpatient clinics
    • Connect with family members, physicians, and other team members to coordinate care and deliver successful outcomes
    • Receive support, training and advice from our clinical practice team
    • Inspire your Patients to set and reach goals, so they can live their best life
    • Be proactive identifying the patients needs and acting on them
    • Act as your Patient’s health and wellness coach to advance them to through their best life
    • Use your expertise to independently and creatively to create the road map to your Patient achieving their goals.

    What You’ll Bring

    • Licensed / Registered Physical Therapy Assistant
    • Established clinician with at least two (2) years of clinical experience
    • A passion for working with active older adults
