Mental Health Therapy Clinic is seeking an Administrative Assistant with previous office experience and ideally experience in the health care industry. We are seeking a professional, organized and compassionate individual who is looking for a long-term position with a great company.

Position: Full-Time $17.50-$20.00 per hour DOE

Position available: Immediately

Valid Driver License Required

Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:

• Great customer service skills (Compassionate Attitude)
• Independent problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task

· Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner

· Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers (Experience with multi-line phone system preferred)

· Perform data entry, file documents, and maintain organized records

• Word processing and Adobe sign support
• Billing support (CMS Form Experience preferred)
• Scheduling and coordinating intake session coordination for clients and staff

· Provide administrative and calendaring support to staff members as needed

· Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages

· Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary

Proficient Knowledge:

· Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills

• Experience with Electronic Health Records preferred
• Microsoft Office programs (Word and Excel a must)
• Adobe Acrobat
• General office equipment and computer proficiency

Self-Management Skills:

• Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to maintain positive and compassionate attitude and handle difficult conversations with clients & guests
• Ability to communicate clearly & efficiently with diverse clients
• Cooperative attitude that is compatible with others
• Pleasant telephone voice

This is a full-time position with 40 hours a week regular office hours.
