Damar Services is currently seeking a talented, motivated and detail oriented Teacher to be responsible for performing a variety of skilled tasks related to education of students at Damar Charter Academy with specific functions such as, setting the tone of instruction for the class, developing and participating in activities that promote the development of skills identified in Individual Education Plans (IEPs) including academics, behavioral stability, communication skills, social functioning skills, independence (self help and daily living) skills, and vocational skills. The Teacher will also be responsible for completing state assessments such as ISTAR or ISTEP, and other specific assessments (WIAT-II, ABAS-II, CBC, WRAT, CBMs, FBAs).
