- Ensure high-quality care is provided to residents in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Manage and supervise staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and resident satisfaction
- Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Assist in developing and implementing programs to enhance resident well-being
