Assists with the creation of promotional materials, mailings, or website content. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Program Assistant (Non-Profit) work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Must be able to operated lawn cutting equipment, trimming devices and other basic landscaping equipment. Must be able to work outdoors in all types of weather. Position reports to Grounds Supervisor

    POSITION REQUIREMENTS – ESSENTIALS FUNCTIONS

    Report to and follow the directions of the grounds supervisor.

    Effectively communicate with management, peers, supervisors, clients and vendors.

    Moving large quantities of mulch, top soil, pavers and stone with appropriate equipment.

    Move shrubs, trees, plants and be able to properly maintain.

    Mowing grass, operating string trimmers around mulch beds, edging sidewalks and curbs and blow clipping from paved surfaces.

    Immediately report all accidents, incidents, damages and client concerns to your supervisor.

    Maintain truck, clean all tools, supplies, and equipment after each use and store in their proper place.

    Load and unload supplies and equipment.

    Work in multiple locations.

    Adhere to all applicable safety practices.

    Promote and exhibit Company culture and values.

    Ensure facilities are clean projecting a positive image of the Company.

    Other duties as assigned by management.

    ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

    Must be able to pass a background check.

    High school Diploma is preferred.

    Ability to work flexible hours.

    PHYSICAL DEMANDS

    Sustained periods of standing, walking, kneeling, bending, twisting and some repetitive arm and hand motion.

    Ability to lift up to 75 pounds on a regular basis.

    Ability to sustain physically demanding outdoor work in all types of weather conditions.

    Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
