We are looking for a local, Finance Manager for a Non Profit to oversee all financial activities, compliance, grant writing and achievement of financial strategies.
Finance Manager Responsibilities:
-Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the theater's goals and objectives
-Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
-Monitor cash flow, financial performance, and prepare regular financial reports for the management team and board of directors.
-Supervise accounting procedures, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions.
-Manage grants and funding sources, ensuring compliance with grant requirements and reporting.
Finance Manager Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
-4 plus years in financial management, preferably in a nonprofit or arts-related organization.
-Strong knowledge of accounting principles, budgeting, and financial analysis.
-Familiarity with grant management, compliance, and reporting for non-profit organizations.
