SUMMARY/SCOPE:
The gifts coordinator is responsible for performing all tasks necessary to ensure donor and gift records are recorded accurately in the donor database while adhering to the university gift policy and maintaining database integrity. This position is responsible for the accuracy of all donor acknowledgment and year-end tax reporting. The gifts coordinator works closely with advancement, business office and accounting to ensure gifts reconcile for all databases that hold gift information.
