We are seeking an Assistant Director of Community Residential Services:`

Duties:```
- In conjunction with department director, supervise all aspects of the Community Residential Services department including personnel, client services, facilities and program
- Ensure high-quality care is provided to residents in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Manage and supervise staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and resident satisfaction
- Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Assist in developing and implementing programs to enhance resident well-being
- Coordinate and participate in meetings, trainings, as required

```Qualifications:```
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

BA/BS in Special Education, Psychology or related field preferred, experience working with adults who have intellectual and other developmental disabilities
