SUMMARY of DutiesThe Generations Program Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Assisted Living Director in all areas necessary to promote optimal resident care and efficiencies of the Generations Program in the Memory Care.
This position coordinates all care services provided to residents by caregivers and medication aides in collaboration with the Assisted Living Director.
This position is also responsible for coordinating recreational activities and encouraging residents to maintain optimal functionality.
The position has main responsibility for staff development within the Generations / Memory Care Unit. This position is for Generations / Memory Care units with thirty (30) or less residentsApply today if your background includes : Work
Experience Qualifications
Prefer one (1) year experience providing residential care to the elderly or similar experience with specialized dementia care and memory support programs.
Prefer six months supervisory experience in a health-related field.
Educational Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree Preferred, High school education is required· Certification as required by state· Must be at least 18 years of age
