Intensive Care Consortium is our intensivist group aimed at improving the quality of care for critically ill patients in the ICU. By implementing programs that provide immediate critical care for patients, ICC has been successful at reducing complication and mortality rates, lowering length of stay, and improving patient/ family satisfaction while improving operational and financial efficiency for the hospital. ICC with HCA employs over 300 physicians and 70 advanced practice providers in 50 programs with six to eight new programs opening each year. The success of the ICC program relies on strong team building strategies within the ICU, the hardwiring of best practice evidence base protocols and streamlining the delivery of hospital wide critical care services.
The Program Coordinator coordinates day-to-day operational management of ICC’s Intensivist Program. Maintains systems and processes that will enhance the quality and cost-effective delivery of patient care. Develops and maintains databases that contain essential data that is summarized monthly.
***While this role is considered Work From Home, candidates must be in the Idaho Falls area to meet with the ICC Team onsite at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center (EIRMC) Hospital as needed.***
EDUCATION – A high school diploma or GED is required, however, an associate or bachelors degree in business or related field is preferred.
EXPERIENCE – One to two years of practice operations experience in health care is required. Preferred experience in either front-office operations, billing and charge entry, or credentialing and enrollment
