Heaven Bound Lifestyle Center, Inc. is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization and has been serving the Reno / Sparks community for over 15 years.
Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated, part-time, Program Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in program management, social work, and/or behavioral health. In addition, this may be a great part-time position for someone who may have retired from social work (or related field) and is seeking a part time position.
As a Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for supervising and managing programs that support individuals with developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise program staff to ensure effective service delivery
- May Have to Develop and implement program policies and procedures
- Collaborate with community partners to enhance program services
- Provide administrative support for program operations
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure program outcomes
- Maintain accurate program documentation and records
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience in program management, preferably in social services or behavioral health
- Strong interpersonal skills for relationship management with clients and their families
- Ability to work with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management
- Demonstrated skills in program development and implementation
