    Schedule: Full Time, Monday-Friday, 8A-5P

    The Program Director will be responsible for increasing business through sales/marketing strategies as well as collaborating with the Nurse Manager on the day to day operations of a wound care center to include clinic flow, employee management, and budget.
    • Marketing to physicians practices, nursing homes and LTC facilities to solicit business to build patient census
    • Develop and manage business partnerships
    • Collaborates with team to ensure referral best practices, goals and targets are being met
    • Manage wound care center operations
    • Employee management (6 employees) hiring, coaching, and performance reviews
    • Financial and budget management (revenue cycle, labor/supply, reimbursement changes)

    REQUIREMENTS:
    • Recent healthcare sales and/or marketing experience
    • Strong management and operations experience
    • Must have a Registered Nurse license
    • Clinical and/or management experience in a related setting is a plus: wound care, home health, liaison, or hospice
    • Superior communication skills, verbal and written
    • The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, goal and results driven, and passionate of the healthcare field
