POSITION SUMMARY:
The target population of Social Adult Day Care includes the frail elderly and persons related disorders. Program activities help facilitate member participation and engagement, promote member strengths and independence. The position provides leadership and management skills to the center staff, oversees daily operation to ensure programs and activities are provided to members as needed, and also compliance with the State and Health Plan regulations.
