    THE ROLE:

     

    In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our Inland office. Reporting to the Regional Director, this position will focus on program management that directly impacts the services received by consumers. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

    • Set and communicate achievable short and long-term goals that align with organizational strategy, emphasizing quality customer service
    • Lead, coach, and develop the Operations team, including a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, fostering a high-performance culture
    • Provide continuous training and support on intakes, quality assurance, direct services, and problem resolution to enhance team capabilities
    • Develop and nurture relationships with current and potential referral sources, identifying new service opportunities in collaboration with the Regional Director and Community Partnerships team
    • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), translating insights into actionable goals and plans for continuous improvement
    • Collaborate with Community Partnership departments on sales and outreach initiatives to expand the organization's reach and impact

     

    You will collaborate with your dynamic team in person once a week at our Inland office.

     

    The expected California Pay Range for this position is $75,000 - $85,000. In addition, there is a targeted annual bonus of $15,000 (with a cap of $30,000) to be paid out monthly. 

    WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with keen attention to detail and organizational abilities
    • Minimum 2 years of people management experience, showcasing strong leadership and a positive, adaptable attitude
    • Preferred management background in nonprofit, healthcare, or human/social services field
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
    • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, with at least 3 years of experience
    • Willingness to work outside of regular business hours for emergenices or staff support
