Program Director - Home Care directs, supervises, and governs all home care programs including nursing, therapy, home care, and homemaking. Plans, implements and maintains policies and procedures for home care programs to ensure quality patient care and services. Being a Program Director - Home Care may work for a free-standing agency or operate a multi-chain branch. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Program Director - Home Care typically reports to top management. The Program Director - Home Care manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. To be a Program Director - Home Care typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience.     Our Palouse branch services Moscow, Pullman, Colfax, Lewiston & Clarkston, and nearby surrounding areas. We are currently looking for caregivers who have a personal vehicle/drive and have flexible availability!

    Caregiver Job Duties 
    Our caregivers support their clients in activities of daily living such as (but not limited to): 
    • Household chores (cleaning, laundry, dishes, etc.) 
    • Cooking and/or serving meals 
    • Helping clients bathe, dress, and groom 
    • Providing companionship through daily activities and hobbies 
    • Driving clients (as needed) to the store or appointments 
    • Monitoring and reporting on their condition 
    Additional Information 
    • Our hiring process is fast and simple! Apply and the recruiter in your region will connect with you to schedule a phone interview. If hired, you will be scheduled for orientation at your branch. Once you have completed onboarding, orientation, and training, you can start working with clients! 
    •  If you do not have a current HCA or CNA license, you will be required to enroll in our HCA training program we offer (due to state requirements). You will be able to complete the training while working and will have 120 days to complete it.
    • Pay range: $16.25-$20.75/hr
    Requirements 
    • 18 years  
    • Ability to pass a state and national background check 
    • Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and clean driving record 
    • Ability to complete state-required caregiver/HCA training as needed
