This Director  will play a pivotal role in overseeing the administrative functions of our agency, ensuring seamless operations and compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications: 

• Minimum Age of 21 
• Must be able to pass a Background Check and lawfully authorized to work in the U.S.
• A valid driver’s license and auto insurance. 
• Willing to work in office - Maybe evaluated to be a hybrid role after 60 days.
• Skills: Leadership skills, human relations abilities, customer satisfaction skills, and organizational skills
• While we prefer candidates with a CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) or higher-level qualification, it is not a requirement for the position.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS 

• Implement strategies for staff retention.
• Schedule caregivers with clients and communicate to all parties.
• Maintain and organize tracking of employee certifications.
• Onboard employees in software systems and provide training as needed.
• Respond to questions regarding client and caregiver schedules.
• Document skills and attributes of caregivers to ensure strong matching to clients.
• Ability to go into clients' homes in the absence or inability to schedule a caregiver to ensure continuity of care and address any urgent needs.
• Participating in on-call rotations with other staff members and providing backup support as needed, including evenings,and  weekends. 
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers.
• Maintain confidentiality of all information.
• Other duties as assigned.

Physical Demands 

The physical demands described here must be met by an associate while performing the duties of this job; the associate is frequently required to walk, sit, and talk or hear. The associate is occasionally required to use hands to finger, handle, feel, or operate objects, tools, or controls and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The associate must occasionally lift and move up to 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
