The Program Director serves primarily as a vital part of the teaching team and is responsible for the completion of classroom-level duties & responsibilities.in every capacity from administration to classroom instruction. Program Directors are required to direct and oversee the completion of documentation, assessments, communication, lesson planning, and direct curriculum implementation as well as custodial support. The Program Director is an important position, requiring connections with students & families that extend beyond the classroom.

Minimum Qualifications & Skills
• AA in Early Childhood Education or BA/BS in Related Field
• Level 3 OCCRRA CPL
• Flexible Availability
• Ability to Lift up to 35lbs Repeatedly (Depending on Assigned Age Group)
• Basic MS Office Knowledge/Ability
• Positive Attitude
• Excellent Verbal Communication
• Excellent Written Communication
• Loving & Caring Disposition
Responsibilities & Duties
• Complete Required Training as Necessary
• Communication with Executives, Faculty, Parents, and Students
• Perform Functions of Lead Teacher (Classroom Management, Education, Supervision)
• Cleaning & Sanitizing of VLC Assets
• Hygienic Needs of Students
• Support Daily Routines & Structures
• Support in Completion of Weekly Lesson Plans
• Support in Documentation of Portfolios/TSG
