Summary of the position: The Family-Based Mental Health Services Program Director will ensure that all administrative, supervision, and clinical requirements and regulations are met to ensure program compliance and individual and billing goals are reached for each team.
Work Hours: Employee’s hours are considered non-traditional based on referring agency and client needs; however, the work week is considered full time (40 hours per week). On Call availability to staff monitoring the crisis line is expected 2 x/ month as arranged with Clinical Supervisor.

Working Conditions: Incumbent must be able to lift a minimum of 10 pounds. Must be able to walk, stoop, and bend. This position works in both an office and community setting.
REQUIREMENTS
Education
Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related discipline.
Licensure
Preferred and required if supervising licensure candidates
Years of Experience
3 years direct service experience with children and adolescents in a CASSP system providing behavioral or mental health services to children and adolescents.
2 years supervisory experience, 1 of which must be in clinical supervision.
Computer Experience
Basic skills in Microsoft word and Excel
Other
Act 33/34 clearances as provided by Child Protective Services Law 23 PA C.S. 16301 and FBI Clearances, Adam Walsh Act 147.
Valid PA State driver’s license.
Auto Insurance coverage for $100,000/$300,000 (or signed waiver approved by HR)
