Program Director (Non-Profit) develops the programs and teams to fulfill the mission, vision, and goals of a non-profit organization. Designs policies, procedures, and strategies to meet program objectives. Being a Program Director (Non-Profit) oversees program operations and leads and coordinates the activities of program teams and partners. Utilizes data-driven analysis and forecasting to measure and evaluate the performance of programs. Additionally, Program Director (Non-Profit) develops budgets and may manage the grant proposal process. Organizes and oversees fundraising and community outreach events. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to an executive. The Program Director (Non-Profit) typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Program Director (Non-Profit) typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience.   • We are currently seeking a qualified candidate to fill the full-time position of Sorority House Director.

    This position requires the House Director to live in the house located in Fort Collins, Colorado.

    The House Director is a representative of the chapter house and must possess superb managerial and communications skills and be comfortable working closely with collegiate members, alumnae, volunteers, staff and vendors/contractors. The House Director must remain focused during emergency situations and must also understand the need for discretion and maintaining confidentiality. Accessibility and approachability are a must while attention to detail and careful record-keeping are also important attributes.

    House Director will perform occasional other job duties as assigned by the house corporation.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, human resources, hospitality or a related field.
    • Minimum 25 years of age.
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work independently.
    • Ability to interact with college age women, parents and alumnae.
    • Ability to maintain confidential information and use discretion.
    • Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel; Adobe PDF documents; scanning; email, texting and various app usage as well as Zoom.
    • Ability to speak and read English.
    • Possess a valid driver’s license and personal transportation with valid insurance.
    • Pass a background check.
    • Must be physically active and able to perform normal physical functions, including climbing stairs, lifting, bending and stretching.

    Preferred Qualifications

    Previous experience as a fraternity/sorority house director and/or working with college students.

    Time Commitment and Benefits:

    • Up to an eight-hour day, 40-hour work week.
    • House Director must be onsite seven days a week from 10:00 p.m. – 8:00 a.m. unless prior arrangements have been confirmed.
    • Dedicated bedroom inside the chapter house for a single person to include a private bathroom and den/office.
    • Please note this facility is a smoke, alcohol, weapon, illegal substance and pet free environment.
