Program Director (Non-Profit) develops the programs and teams to fulfill the mission, vision, and goals of a non-profit organization. Designs policies, procedures, and strategies to meet program objectives. Being a Program Director (Non-Profit) oversees program operations and leads and coordinates the activities of program teams and partners. Utilizes data-driven analysis and forecasting to measure and evaluate the performance of programs. Additionally, Program Director (Non-Profit) develops budgets and may manage the grant proposal process. Organizes and oversees fundraising and community outreach events. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to an executive. The Program Director (Non-Profit) typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Program Director (Non-Profit) typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience.     Disclaimers:

    This role is only full-time (Monday - Friday 8:30 am-5:30 pm) with weekends completely optional. Anyone interested in the role would also have to commute to our Hamden office which is located on 2440 Whitney Ave Hamden CT 06518. You'd also have to be open to comunity involvement and face to face interactions as well.

    We are looking for eager, outgoing, and zealous Non Profit Advocate to be the face of our non-profit partners to be able to cultivate the great causes they have to represent. If you're a huge people person that finds excitement in communicating with community members and are a passionate individual who wants to make a positive impact in the world, we would like to meet you.

    As a Non Profit Advocate you will need to actively engage with local communities and inspire the public to support our non-profit partners. Our main goal is to allow our client’s brand awareness to become evident and generate new sales opportunities in monetary donations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Daily engagement with customers at organized in-person events (PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS DOES NOT MEAN DOOR TO DOOR, BUSINESS TO BUSINESS, OR COLD CALLING) We strictly run all of our promotions at small local partnerships
    • Customer acquisition on behalf of our non-profit partners for on-going support
    • Be able to follow our company’s core values (honesty, communication, strong work ethic, etc)

    Skills and Requirements

    • Customer service (Friendly, Relatable, Charismatic, etc.)
    • Be willing to travel and work outdoors with the team when weather permits
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Professional and positive attitude

    Pay Structure

    • Base with uncapped commission
    • Bonus Incentives (Training bonus for the first two weeks, advancement bonus, holiday pay, etc.)

    • NOT AN HOURLY OR SALARY
    • AN AVERAGE OF 38K-65K ANNUALLY BASED ON YOUR EFFORTS

    Travel Opportunites After Training (OPTIONAL)

    • Roadtrips throughout the states
    • Networking events (California,Malaysia,Arizona,United Kingdom, etc.)
    • Business trips (Cruises, Seminars, Ceremonies, visiting other offices)
