Designs policies, procedures, and strategies to meet program objectives. Being a Program Director (Non-Profit) oversees program operations and leads and coordinates the activities of program teams and partners. Utilizes data-driven analysis and forecasting to measure and evaluate the performance of programs. Additionally, Program Director (Non-Profit) develops budgets and may manage the grant proposal process. Organizes and oversees fundraising and community outreach events. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to an executive. The Program Director (Non-Profit) typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Program Director (Non-Profit) typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience.     Position: Part-Time Recruiter
    Location: Reading, PA
    Hours: Flexible (Approx. 20 hours/week) Monday through Friday dayshift; an occasional evening or Saturday may be needed.

    Responsibilities:

    • Reach out to potential participants through community outreach, networking, and partnerships to promote our B2F2 program and its services
    • Conduct informational sessions and presentations to educate individuals and potential partner agencies about the benefits of our B2F2 program
    • Collaborate with local organizations, schools, and businesses to identify and recruit potential participants
    • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and participant information
    • Provide ongoing support and guidance to participants throughout the enrollment process
    • Work as part of our B2F2 team to ensure maximum success of the program and its participants

    Qualifications:

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Organized and reliable
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Passion for helping others and making a positive impact in the community
    • Previous experience in recruiting, sales, or community outreach is preferred but not required
    • Familiarity with the Reading/Berks county, PA area and local resources is a plus
