Program Director (Non-Profit) develops the programs and teams to fulfill the mission, vision, and goals of a non-profit organization. Designs policies, procedures, and strategies to meet program objectives. Being a Program Director (Non-Profit) oversees program operations and leads and coordinates the activities of program teams and partners. Utilizes data-driven analysis and forecasting to measure and evaluate the performance of programs. Additionally, Program Director (Non-Profit) develops budgets and may manage the grant proposal process. Organizes and oversees fundraising and community outreach events. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to an executive. The Program Director (Non-Profit) typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Program Director (Non-Profit) typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience.     1. Assist Teacher to arrange and maintain a safe, clean, and attractive classroom environment.

    2. Conduct, supervise, and take part in daily classroom activities.

    3. Plan and implement lesson plan.

    4. Arrange and conduct parents’ activities and parent meetings.

    5. Assist with maintaining and documenting ongoing communication with parents concerning child’s

    developmental growth.

    6. Ensure that each child’s records are accurate and up to date.

    7. Other duties deemed necessary by the Teacher and/or Center Director.

    8. Attend in-service, pre-service training, staffing meetings, and other training meetings as directed by

    the Transportation, Facilities, and Education Coordinator.

    9. Fill in for Teacher in her/his absence.

    10. Comply with agency policies.

    11. Be professional in not discussing center affairs outside its doors.

    12. Carry out other duties as assigned.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: From $12.61 per hour

    Expected hours: 37.5 per week

    Grade levels:

    • Pre-Kindergarten

    Schedule:

    • Monday to Friday
    • No weekends

    Education:

    • High school or equivalent (Required)

    Experience:

    • working in a license child care facility: 1 year (Preferred)

    Ability to Relocate:

    • Fort Mill, SC 29715: Relocate before starting work (Required)
