LIFESPAN is hiring a compassionate, hardworking, friendly, and reliable Program Director to oversee, monitor and supervise the daily operations of a year round center and its staff as they support children with developmental delays and typically developing children from six weeks of age until they start kindergarten in a blended, inclusive environment.
Schedule: M-F 8am to 4:30pm

• Level III NCDCDEE admin credentials and prior NC childcare administration experience.
• Pass DCDEE criminal record and healthcare registry check
• Pass Drug Screen
• Pass driving record check if providing transportation
• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or Special Education
• Commitment to achieve competency in required knowledge, skills, and abilities
• Note: Current First Aid/CPR blended or classroom certification is required. If you do not currently have certification from an approved provider, our American Red Cross certified instructors will provide you the training.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds independently (per policy)
