Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement program goals, objectives, and strategies in alignment with organizational mission and values
- Provide leadership and supervision to program staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Oversee program budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources
- Collaborate with community partners to enhance program services and resources
- Monitor program outcomes and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and professional growth

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management or related role
- Strong knowledge of behavioral health principles and practices
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Proven ability to effectively supervise and lead a team
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Budgeting and financial management skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for relationship management
- Ability to think strategically and develop innovative program initiatives

Pay: $52,533.82 - $63,266.53 per year
