Are you a Cause-Driven Leader with a passion for youth development? The YMCA of NWNC is seeking a passionate and experienced individual to fill the role of YMCA Teen Mental Health Director. This position will play a key role in developing and implementing programs that support the mental health and well-being of teenagers within our communities
The Teen Mental Health Program Director must exemplify the YMCA values of Caring, Honesty, Respect, Responsibility, and Faith in all aspects of job performance, and in building and maintaining relationships with school personnel, participants, volunteers, and staff. Ideal candidates will have proven success in increasing Program enrollment, cross-promotion of programs, time management skills, and strengthening program quality. This position also has direct fund-raising responsibilities with the Annual Impact Fund. Soliciting donations from staff and the community to meet their individual department goals and to sustain the work of this program will be required.
Schedule: Must be available Monday-Friday between 7:00 am and 6:00 pm. Hours will vary based on the needs of the program.(Must be able to work weekends, evenings, Holidays and/extended hours as necessary).
