We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will have experience in a medical office setting, possess excellent customer service skills, and be proficient in various clerical tasks.
Duties:
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, mailing, and filing
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members
