Develops and implements PMO processes and policies, directs project management staff, and works with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects and programs. Being a Program Management Office Director requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Program Management Office Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure.     Responsibilities:
    - Perform general administrative duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
    - Maintain office supplies and inventory, ensuring that necessary items are stocked
    - Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members
    - Assist with organizing and maintaining files and documents
    - Transcribe meeting minutes and other important information accurately
    - Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
    - Assist with personal assistant tasks as needed
    - Assist with office management duties, such as coordinating maintenance requests and managing office equipment

    Qualifications:
    - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
    - Previous experience in an administrative or secretarial role is preferred
    - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    - Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite
    - Ability to type accurately and efficiently
    - Familiarity with medical office procedures is a plus
    - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    - Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills
