    Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Executive Director of Practice Operations will lead performance transformation and strategy development for a quickly growing Medical Group. This person will work closely with the Physician Leaders in a Dyad management model, and will play an essential role in promoting and advancing community health. Supported by Practice Managers, Nursing Leaders, and a great operations team, this person will have the opportunity to continue growing this organization.

    The Practice Management Area Director will  oversee strategic growth and operations for an extensive Medical Group. Strong experience in both Clinic and Medical Group operations will be crucial, as this Director will be leading operations for over a dozen locations that offer multiple services in Cardiovascular Care, including diagnostic centers, Ambulatory Surgery Centers, and physician practices.

    The Executive Operations Director will play an integral role in advancing physician relations, incentive programs, and expanding clinical integration across the network. This can be achieved through a forging strong working relationships with physician leaders and providers, and through experience managing practices in the past.

    Core to the Executive Practice Management Director’s role will be improving and maintaining patient satisfaction and clinical care. This person will be an expert in defining goals and driving performance and quality management initiatives through collaboration with clinical leaders, physicians, and administrative leaders. Excellent communication skills will be key in executing this directive. Additionally, strong coaching and supervision experience will be needed, as this organization wants to grow sustainably.
