Working at Victory Martial Arts is more than just a job...it's an impactful way of life!
We have traditional martial arts as our base, but our training is very innovative, we include training from the best of multiple styles, and ultimately what makes us different is HOW WE TEACH.
We certainly teach the physical skills & maintain the structure & discipline of martial arts, but we integrate the Life Skills in a way that's powerful, meaningful (important to parents)...and FUN (which is important for the kids:). There's never a dull moment, and it's exciting virtually every day!
We're looking for dynamic, caring individuals that are willing to learn, work together on a team and help build up future leaders...our students and community members...POSITIVELY each and every day. The main part of the job is to help recruit and enroll new students, and working with the Chief Instructor & entire team to plan & execute special events. Yes, we teach martial arts, but the real impact comes from engaging with the students on and off the mat in an uplifting & accountable way.
Our mission is essentially to help people develop to their highest potential...one kick, one punch, one class at a time!
You don't necessarily have to be a Black Belt or have previous martial arts training to join our team...that's nice to have but not essential...however you SHOULD:
-Enjoy fitness/being active
-Like PEOPLE...especially kids & families:)
-Be open to learning new things and ways of doing things
-Want to continue to develop & grow yourself!
If all of this sounds good and you are interested to know more, please reach out to Mr. Johnson at 727-910-0488 right away and we'll see about getting you on the team!
PS-We have an IMMEDIATE NEED and will onboard the right person on Tue 2/27 & Wed 2/28, so hopefully that's YOU! Note: There are currently 45 Victory locations across several states and growing, plus you should know that there are several Chief Instructors, Program Directors and Directors in Victory that earn into the 6-Figures (no kidding)!
