    Responsibilities

    1. Business Operations Leadership:

    • Provide strategic direction and oversee day-to-day operations of the Solon office.
    • Ensure the office's efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
    • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize performance.
    • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting teamwork and employee development.

    2. Business Development:

    • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within region.
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and expectations.
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve growth targets.
    • Collaborate with senior management to align business development efforts with the company's overall goals.

    3. Financial Management:

    • Provide oversight and manage the office's budget, forecasting financial performance.
    • Monitor financial metrics and take corrective actions as needed to ensure financial targets are met.
    • Identify cost-saving measures and opportunities for revenue generation.

    4. Team Leadership and Development:

    • Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of professionals.
    • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
    • Provide guidance, support, and performance feedback to team members.

    5. Client Engagement:

    • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
    • Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and align services accordingly.
    • Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and client needs.

    6. Compliance and Risk Management:

    • Ensure that all operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
    • Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects and operations.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master's degree preferred).
    • Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a related industry.
    • Strong business acumen with a track record of successful business development.
    • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
    • Financial management and budgeting expertise.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
    • Knowledge of the construction, engineering, or related industry is a plus.
    • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

    Certifications/Licenses:

     

    • Ideal candidate is either lic. architect or professional engineer (but not required)
