Program Management Office Director directs and oversees the Program Management Office (PMO) to ensure programs and projects meet organization goals and requirements. Develops and implements PMO processes and policies, directs project management staff, and works with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects and programs. Being a Program Management Office Director requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Program Management Office Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure.     Qualification/Responsibilities:

    • Ability to travel and work throughout the area of assignment
    • Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment
    • Must have, as a minimum, two (2) year of recent experience in a Director of Nursing role in a nursing care facility or the similar
    • Understand federal, state and rules and regulations, and survey practices in your assigned area
    • Organize, develop and direct the overall operations of the Nursing Service Department in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern the facility
    • Work directly with the Administrator and the Medical Director to ensure the highest degree of quality of care is maintained for each resident at all times.
    • History of excellent quality and survey outcome
    • Must be able to attend orientation at the Saber Community Support and Development Office located in Beachwood, Ohio.
