Program Management Office Director directs and oversees the Program Management Office (PMO) to ensure programs and projects meet organization goals and requirements. Develops and implements PMO processes and policies, directs project management staff, and works with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects and programs. Being a Program Management Office Director requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Program Management Office Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Responsible for phone reception and the distribution of messages.
Assist with quotations working with purchasing and scheduling depts.
Assist with invoicing. Needs to be familiar with working within portals.

Assist owner with new projects development and organization.
Assist management as needed.
Responsible for Safety ISN network maintenance.
Responsible for creation of system service manuals for customers
Hours are 8:00 to 5:00 Mon-Thursday. Friday 8:00-1:00
