We have an opportunity for a Regional Director of Operations to oversee management of community operations in a highly effective manner achieving quality and fiscal standards. This position will oversee multiple communities, implement proven operations, marketing, clinical and fiscal management practices. This position will support the community Executive Directors and their team to ensure quality and compliance standards are met in a professional and caring, service-focused environment. This position will assist with training and onboarding. During interim vacancy, this position may assume the role of Executive Director.

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s preferred, 5 years healthcare experience required with multi-site management experience. Thorough knowledge of HFA & RCA regulations in IN. Position will require extensive travel and overnight stays and the ability to work on a team and with a team of diverse professionals who value love, compassion, and dignity.
