    Overview

    We are seeking a Product Management Leader for the Enterprise Data Platform (EDP) Product.The experience and successful Product Management Leader will continue the strong enterprise data product platform foundation that has already been laid to drive business value and outcomes, driving alignment across our cross functional partners including business line leads, various engineering team and other product teams.

    The leader will be responsible for setting and executing next generation capabilities for EDP product including scaling of AI/ML solution and evangelizing the JLL data story.

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Strategic Leadership: Define and drive the product strategy while holistically prioritizing for maximum enterprise value.Collaborate with other senior leaders to manage dependencies on other product roadmaps within the company's strategic goals.
    - Bridge Builder: Manage stake holder expectation and communication seamlessly todrive the business outcomes.Help the team to build a holistic roadmap that maximizes the business value while taking into account technical constraints, engineering resources and backlog to build a world class enterprise data product.
    - Team Builder: The leader will also build a world class product team to accelerate executing the product roadmap

    Qualifications:

    - Master's degree
    - 10 years in Product Management space, 5 years managing Product Management Teams
    - Strong understanding of data technologies, analytics, and trends.
    - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    - Experience with Agile methodologies and tools.
    - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically.
