Program Management Office Director directs and oversees the Program Management Office (PMO) to ensure programs and projects meet organization goals and requirements. Develops and implements PMO processes and policies, directs project management staff, and works with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects and programs. Being a Program Management Office Director requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Program Management Office Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be a Program Management Office Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function.     Job Duties and Responsibilities

    • Identify and assess clients’ needs.
    • Verify and submit client transactions to accounting department for processing
    • Support lenders with loan originations by assisting in obtaining required underwriting documents, along with any follow-up documentation.
    • Create and maintain loan files using KnowledgeLake and/or SharePoint.
    • Assist with closing/execution of loan documents.
    • Filing and submission of other key loan documents
    • Responsible for location management, and administrative support.
    • Strong willingness to take on other responsibilities/duties as needed

    Experience, Qualifications and Requirements

    • Minimum 3 years of office administration, loan processing experience; agriculture background preferred
    • Microsoft Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Office 365)
    • Team player, problem solver
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Strong verbal/written communication skills
