Develops and implements PMO processes and policies, directs project management staff, and works with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects and programs. Responsibilities: - Perform general office duties, such as answering phones, taking messages, and routing calls to appropriate individuals - Greet and assist visitors, providing them with information and directing them to the appropriate person or department - Manage calendars and schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences - Assist with data entry tasks, including inputting information into spreadsheets or databases - Process and track orders, ensuring accurate entry and timely delivery - Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary - Assist with office management tasks, such as organizing files and maintaining a clean and organized workspace - Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors, addressing their inquiries or concerns in a professional manner Experience: - Proficiency in using Google Suite applications, including Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets, and Calendar - Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail - Experience managing calendars and scheduling appointments - Familiarity with order entry processes and systems - Previous experience in an office environment preferred - Knowledge of basic office management procedures and equipment - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Customer service experience is a plus, particularly in a medical office setting Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
