We are seeking to hire an Office Admin at a condominium we manage on Siesta Key.
The position is responsible for organizing and coordinating the administrative duties of the management office while providing outstanding customer service owners, service providers and guests. You will also:
· Answer incoming phone calls and provide general information (or route to appropriate person)
· Maintain an organized filing system
· Set and maintain schedules
· Greet guests and residents with a pleasant, friendly demeanor
· Check-in vendors and visitors using a set protocol
· Receive invoices, code accordingly, and route to management
This is a fast-paced office which will require frequent collaboration with other employees. You can expect moderate call volume and visitors to the office.
To be successful in this role, you will:
· Be a team-player and be able to take direction
· Be comfortable with all day-to-day office operations
· Be self-directed and able to complete projects with limited supervision
· Be proficient with a variety of office software (email tools, MS Office, spreadsheets and databases)
· Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy
· Highly organized and flexible
· Ability to multitask and meet changing deadlines
Other Requirements
· Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
· Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, including Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Excellent organizational skills
· Familiarity with office management procedures
· Working knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel)
· High school diploma
This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week. Starting pay range is $20-22 per hour, based on experience. It also offers benefits choices for Medical, Dental and Vision coverage, available after 30 days of employment.
