Summary of position:
The Director of Business Development, Contracts and Program Management develops the strategic and tactical sales plan for Beaver Aerospace and Defense products and monitors sales activity to ensure sales targets are achieved. Additionally, this role is responsible for the management and implementation of strategic programs, monitoring critical program performance, and evaluating program managers for efficiency and accomplishments. This role will take the lead in customer negotiations, sales contracts, with strong understanding of T&C’s creating a win-win for Beaver and the customer.
