Job Goals:
Members of the Stillman College maintenance team ensure that all mechanical systems and equipment are operational and properly maintained and all common areas are maintained in a clean aesthetically appealing and disinfected condition.
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skilled and/ r ability required.
High school or equivalent (Preferred)
● Must have working Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, painting and general handyman capabilities.
● General handyman capabilities include: pressure washing and power-tools.
● Job duties will also include: Cleaning and maintaining dumpster room and exterior trash clean-up.

● Setting up for events (parties, graduation, probates, sporting events, speaking ceremonies, concerts)
