Program Management Office Director directs and oversees the Program Management Office (PMO) to ensure programs and projects meet organization goals and requirements. Develops and implements PMO processes and policies, directs project management staff, and works with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects and programs. Being a Program Management Office Director requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Program Management Office Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be a Program Management Office Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. Reports to: Operations Manager for Maintenance & Senior Manager
Job Goals:
Members of the Stillman College maintenance team ensure that all mechanical systems and equipment are operational and properly maintained and all common areas are maintained in a clean aesthetically appealing and disinfected condition.
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skilled and/ r ability required.
High school or equivalent (Preferred)
- Driver's License (Preferred)
- Dependable -- more reliable than spontaneous
- Basic knowledge of maintenance & facilities operations
- Background in any maintenance skilled area
- JOB DUTIES INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING:
● Must have working Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, painting and general handyman capabilities.
● General handyman capabilities include: pressure washing and power-tools.
● Job duties will also include: Cleaning and maintaining dumpster room and exterior trash clean-up.
● Pressure Washing
● Painting
● Preventive maintenance
● Setting up for events (parties, graduation, probates, sporting events, speaking ceremonies, concerts)
● Office relocation
● Assisting tradesmen on their projects
● Other duties assigned by manager or Director.
