The job of Program Manager, Mental Health & Wellness is supporting the delivery of school-based and school-linked mental health services for Napa County districts; overseeing the billing for Napa COE Medicare & Medicaid Services; communicating information to staff, the public, and other districts; supervising Napa County Office of Education (NCOE) mental health staff; promoting NCOE mental health and wellness initiatives; and providing information and/or direction as may be requested.
