Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks and providing support to the office staff. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, is proficient in office management software.

Duties:
- Perform general clerical duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
- Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is clean and organized
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

Experience:
- Proven experience in an office administrator or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
