    Office Manager overview:

    As the Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. You will oversee administrative tasks, manage office facilities, and provide support to employees across various departments.     Key Responsibilities:

    Manage day-to-day administrative operations, including office supplies, computers, equipment, and facilities.

    Coordinate office activities and events to promote a positive work environment.

    Support human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management.

    Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including phone calls and emails. Supervise and assist front desk.

    Assist with financial administration tasks, such as expense tracking and invoicing.

    Document departmental standard operating procedures and assist with training.

    Facilitate communication and collaboration between departments.

    Implement and enforce office policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.

    Qualifications:

    Proven experience in office management or administrative roles.

    Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.

    Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

    Experience with HR functions and financial administration is a plus.

    Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
