    SUMMARY:

    The Senior Program Manager will lead the delivery of the Global SAP S/4HANA Greenfield Implementation Project/Application Development (AD) and have responsibility of day-to-day management and execution of the project throughout the project/development lifecycle. The incumbent will lead multiple/ cross functional work streams from the initial phases of planning and requirement definition to sustainment. They will work closely with SAP internal functional and technical teams, business leads and implementation partners to deliver project scope on time, on budget and with high quality deliverables. They will provide leadership of the delivery team, create a cohesive and collaborative project environment, drive desired results, and motivate the implementation teams to the highest levels of performance.

    Responsibilities:

    Lead all aspects of the Global SAP S/4HANA Greenfield Implementation Project/Application Development (AD). Track progress, manage Delivery Execution, Risk, and Issue Management.

    Lead the day-to-day management and execution of the project throughout the project/development lifecycle. Lead the delivery team, ensure a collaborative project environment, drive desired professional behaviors, and motivate the team to the highest levels of performance.

    Define and manage key metrics to measure business impact initiatives and delivery against business value cases.

    Implement a communication plan to ensure status, risks and remediation plans are clearly communicated to the executive team. Communicate effectively with client and Project Stakeholders regarding the SAP Project, Technology Solutions and SAP Business Application Solutions being delivered.

    Clearly demonstrate the advantages of a proposed approach/solution and possess good communication and negotiation skills necessary to influence stakeholders.

    Requirements:

    Bachelor's Degree in computer science, Business, or related field.

    Project Management Certification highly desired. SAP training and/or certification in at least one Process area such as Order to Cash, Procurement, Finance etc. SAP Certifications in SAP Activate Methodology, SAP Solution Manager highly desired.

    10 years' experience in SAP ERP modules with different versions. 5 years' experience of SAP program/project management with 2 to 3 Full Lifecyle Implementations (will include time as a functional lead). Experience with Global Rollout of SAP using a Global Template approach. Extensive experience with SAP Activate Methodology along with use of Agile/Scrum principles. Experience using SAP Solution Manager for Best Practices, Implementation Documentation, Business Process Documentation.

    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong analytical skills, and ability to deal with ambiguity in a rapidly changing business environment.

    Ability to drive business transformation. Ability to lead workshops - keep focus on the planned agenda and achieve desired outcomes. Self-motivated with team development skills. Effective presentation skills. Listening skills, adaptable and capable of absorbing new information/concepts and situations rapidly. Ability to clearly demonstrate the advantages of a proposed approach or solution and possess good communication and negotiation skills.

    Willingness to travel as needed.

    Salary: Under $200k base 20% bonus
