    Job responsibilities: The office manager performs a variety of administrative and clerical duties related to human resources and administration.

    Essential functions:

    • Maintain up to date personnel files and manage sensitive information.
    • Assist supervisors, managers, and directors with administrative duties.
    • Conduct audits when appropriate.
    • Prepare and administer reports.

    Education and Experience Requirements:

    • High school diploma or GED.
    • Two years of human resources, administrative or related experience required.
    • Must be computer proficient and knowledgeable in business correspondence, including writing, spelling, grammar, and appropriate formats, and possess strong interpersonal communication skills.
    • A valid Texas driver license with an acceptable driving record is required, unless waived by management.
