    EisnerAmper is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to manage programs around transformation, process improvements and technology implementations in a fast-paced environment. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to deliver successful outcomes. This role will initially be around project managing the SAP enhancements working closely with our Finance, Technology and Leadership teams.

    The Project Manager will need to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders and external vendors to ensure significant initiatives are coordinated across teams and downstream and upstream impacts are thoughtfully considered. The role will involve taking large amounts of information, breaking it down to be easily understood, and present it in a clear and concise manner.

    Strong organization, communication, and influencing skills, along with change management, business acumen, managing multiple priorities and experience with systems implementations are vital for this role.

    The role will report to the Managing Director of the Enterprise Program Management Office.

    What Work You Will be Responsible For:

    • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver successful outcomes.

    • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project delivery.

    • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.

    • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.

    • Collaborate with business partners to identify opportunities for process improvements.

    • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

    • Prepare reports outlining the project health of each project.

    • Analysis of key operating data.

    • Develop insights and actionable recommendations based on analyses.

    • Detail oriented task management.

    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

    Basic Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree with 7 years’ work experience in program management, process improvement, and technology implementations.

    Preferred/Desired Qualifications:

    • Understanding of financial and professional services.

    • Proven track record of delivering successful outcomes.

    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

    • Ability to synthesize various sets of information to bring informative insights.

    • Detail-oriented, results-driven.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    • Experience in Agile methodologies is a plus.

    • Experience with SAP S/4 Hana is a plus.
