    Typical Day in the Role

    • Key projects – Operations; Get all the tools to run for the CELA team and make sure those processes run smoothly. Project Management team; any time a new idea comes from the CELA Philanthropies team come to this team. Build out business requirements and documents. Working with Engineering to track through completion. Core Project Management Skills and Tasks. Support Non-Profit Sales arm in discounts to non-profits.

    • Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm –

    • 25% Meetings, 10% Email Communications, 65% Heads Down Work

    • Project Execution: Lead comprehensive project management tasks, such as scoping, resource allocation, and timeline creation.

    • Technical Understanding: Work closely with the technical team to understand project specifics and address any technical challenges promptly.

    • Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate with internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project status and deliverables.

    • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications.

    • Documentation Mastery: Maintain precise project documentation to ensure clarity of goals, status, and deliverables.

    • Quality Control: Oversee the testing phase of deliverables to ensure they meet required quality benchmarks and specifications.

    • Implementation and Rollout: Coordinate the implementation of project deliverables, ensuring smooth deployment and integration with existing systems.

    • Years of Experience Required – Minimum of 5 years as a Technical Project Manager, with at least 2 years in intricate enterprise environments.

    • Required Skills –

    • Demonstrated experience in managing technical projects end-to-end.

    • Proficiency with tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO) or similar project management utilities.

    • Ability to coordinate with diverse teams and manage multiple tasks concurrently.

    • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.

    • Relevant certifications such as PMP or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt are advantageous.
