    Job Summary

    PPM seeks a combination project manager and communications professional to work as an embedded resource within our Amazon account delivery organization to create communication deliverables across the lifecycle of move and launch projects. The ideal candidate will work with PPM’s delivery teams and change management program to:


    Key Responsibilities

    • Appropriately utilize best practices and existing standards to convey critical information to client stakeholders, project partners, team members, and others.
    • Own the messaging as a partner of our client’s real estate team — from project in-take to close-out — to ensure the best customer experience throughout transitional periods.
    • Attend project meetings to understand the project process and workflow to ensure communications corresponding to specific milestones are managed.
    • Recognize gaps in the communication delivery process and develop concise materials to streamline the customer journey and drive project success.
    • Utilize technology and tools to deliver communications, document activities, track progress, and monitor and measure both the success of our programs and client satisfaction.
    • Support the Change Management team’s development of Team & Partner communications, Strategic Initiatives, programmatic deliverables, and other duties as assigned.
    • Pivot easily and demonstrate the agility to rapidly accommodate change and prioritize the needs of multiple projects and personalities at once.
    • Act as a resource to support PPM’s overall mission by constantly expanding your knowledge while building relationships with both clients and colleagues throughout the organization.


    Experience/Training/Education/Certification

    • Strong communication and writing skills demonstrated in a professional environment
    • Experience producing client-facing communications and materials
    • 5-10 years of professional experience in communications, project management, change management, operations or marketing
    • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field
    • Experience developing and managing communications activities for organizational initiatives
    • Familiarity with continuous improvement and project management approaches, tools, and phases
    • Familiarity with the commercial real estate sector and/or corporate real estate and facilities
    • Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills, including experience with developing and delivering customer-facing materials
    • Passion for proper grammar and style; strong editing and proofreading abilities
    • Ability to explain change management concepts so others easily understand them
    • Demonstrated relationship-building skills and success in a dynamic client environment
    • Solid computer skills with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio).
    • Ability to work collectively with multiple Project Managers in support of project deliverables.

    • The person in this role needs to be able to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
